ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Anaplan Process Lead to drive enterprise planning excellence through connected processes and scalable capabilities. This role involves leading the GTM Anaplan Center of Excellence, developing a 2-3 year planning roadmap, collaborating with solution architects and stakeholders, and driving process efficiency and consistency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Anaplan and a strong focus on process improvement.
Requirements
- Deep experience in GTM planning processes and capability management with demonstrated ability to standardize and scale processes using Anaplan.
- 10+ years of professional experience in business process management and capability enablement, ideally across Sales, Channel, Customer Success, or Professional Services.
- Proven track record in leading end-to-end process transformation, including process redesign, KPI definition, and adoption across GTM functions.
- Expertise in Anaplan solution design and enablement, translating business requirements into scalable connected planning models.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, or data-driven insights to optimize planning workflows and improve decision-making.
- 7+ years in enterprise software/SaaS or related industry, with knowledge of GTM operations and planning priorities.
