The Francis Crick Institute is looking for an Enterprise Systems Lead – ServiceNow to participate in the design, development, and ongoing improvement of enterprise platforms and integrated systems. The role involves leading the delivery of design, implementation, and service transition for products and services using ServiceNow and other enterprise systems platforms.
Requirements
- Proactive leadership with strong organisational skills and stakeholder engagement experience
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve business-critical live systems issues
- Experience of change and administration of complex SaaS platforms
- Exposure to Enterprise Business Intelligence tools and IT Service Intelligence tools
- Data mindset with experience of database design, development and management
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-team approach
- Experience of ITIL-based approach for service, change and incident management
