We are seeking a skilled Epic Community Connect Analyst with a strong background in building, implementing, and supporting EpicCare Ambulatory. Requirements
- Build, configure, and maintain EpicCare Ambulatory within the Epic Community Connect environment.
- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to support implementation and optimization of Epic applications.
- Develop and support reports, dashboards, and SlicerDicer tools to meet clinical and operational needs.
- Assess and manage user security roles and permissions based on clinical workflows.
- Utilize ServiceNow for issue tracking, incident management, and change control.
- Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting.
- Independently manage tasks and identify system-related issues.
