The ServiceNow GDN Associate Consultant will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on satisfying IT department and business needs. Responsibilities include designing and implementing ITSM modules and system administration.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow
- Good design knowledge and ability to research new solutions
- Excellent attention to details, multitasking skills, and effective time management
- Knowledge of web-based development languages (JavaScript, Ajax)
- Exposure to ITSM Framework and ITIL
- Excellent Communication Skills
