Requirements

• Ability to develop new and innovative improvements using ServiceNow (GSEP)
• Ability to design and communicate technical/sophisticated information, concepts, and decision points, both verbally and in writing.
• Working exposure with Agile (Scrum & SAFe) is a must
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Comfort working in sophisticated and large-scale environments
• Understand and able to work within architectural frameworks
• Experience with Reporting and Analytics
