Experienced ServiceNow Project Lead Consultant

We are seeking an Experienced ServiceNow Project Lead Consultant to lead ServiceNow integration projects for our clients, ensuring operational management, client relations, and coordination of teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
• Solid knowledge of the ITIL reference framework (processes, performance indicators)
• Confirmed experience in managing ITSM projects and risk management
• Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in delivering Agile projects
• Proven skills in budget management and project financial management
• Significant experience in managing multdisciplinary teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ease in presenting at different hierarchical levels
• Ability to coach, mentor, and accompany team members
• Experience in advising and supporting client stakeholders at all levels, including within steering committees
• Professional mastery of English
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS) and project management certifications (Prince 2, PMP, Scrum Master), etc.) are highly appreciated
