Sopra Steria is seeking an Expert Test/QA Specialist for ServiceNow to lead test strategies and quality assurance in our team deliveries. The role involves planning, performing, and automating testing to ensure our ServiceNow solutions meet the highest standards.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in testing and quality assurance in IT, preferably in ServiceNow or other SaaS platforms.
- Experience in test automation and tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and agile working methods.
- Ability to analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent.
- Fluent Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
