Leadec is seeking an IT Technical Specialist in IT Infrastructure and Services CAD to support global IT operations. The role involves continuous monitoring, maintenance, implementation, and research of IT infrastructure and services. The company operates over 22,500 different personalities and has locations across four continents.
Requirements
- Completed training as a Software Engineer or studying in Computer Science/Industrial Informatics
- Foundational experience in an enterprise environment
- Knowledge of Windows-Server/Client environments
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and services to be maintained in CAD support (e.g. Microsoft SQL, EPLAN, Autodesk, Bentley)
- Knowledge of monitoring applications/systems (ServiceNow, Monitoring PRTG)
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Independent work, initiative, and strong team orientation

Requirements Summary
