This role involves managing managers, advising on personnel matters, supporting the employee lifecycle, and driving initiatives around corporate culture and leadership. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the work with pay systems, labor law, and have strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Completed study or comparable training in HR with emphasis on HR
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner with responsibility for international or company-wide topics
- Comprehensive experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits, including market and benchmark analysis, design of compensation packages for all levels up to executive pay and sound knowledge in the work with pay systems
- Experience in accompanying and shaping culture and leadership themes
- Good knowledge of labor law and sound practical experience in collaboration with member boards
- Safe handling of MS 365, ideally also SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
