The 'Employee Resource' team supports employees with diverse tasks, including employee resource management, process management, automation, and strategy process support. The HR Process Management and Automation Specialist will be responsible for process management, automation strategies, and the overall improvement of processes in the HR area. The role involves consulting, designing, and optimizing processes for projects and international context.

Requirements

• Completed studies, e.g. business administration or natural sciences or trade-vocational training with further training
• Experience in process management, preferably in the HR environment
• Good user skills in process management tools, such as bspw. ARIS, Microsoft Visio
• Experience in modeling with BPMN 2.0 as well as ideally in process automation with RPA and DPA (e.g. with Flowable or ServiceNow)
• Sovereignty in the moderation of meetings and workshops
• Curiosity and enthusiasm to proactively shape process automation in the HR area
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented work style
