Join CityFibre as a Field Operations Performance & Analytics Manager and be responsible for setting up a federated suite of reporting and analytics to underpin customer installs and revenue growth. You'll lead our transition to centralised operational insight and drive lasting impact across a national team.

Requirements

• Strategic mindset with strong technical skills
• Proven experience in performance analytics
• Strong SQL capabilities and experience querying backend databases
• Proficiency with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and data architecture concepts
• Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
