Taylor Wessing is a global law firm seeking a Workplace Services Systems Administrator to join their Workplace Services team. This role focuses on enhancing management of facilities operations, space, assets, and maintenance through the implementation of Service Now for Workplace Service Delivery (WSD). The administrator will oversee key functions like space management, case management, and visitor management and leverage data analytics to improve efficiency and reporting. The position offers an opportunity to automate tasks and streamline workflows, and to improve strategic planning through data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery module or other CAFM/ booking software systems (e.g. Concept FSI, Maximo, Condeco)
  • Experience working with Facilities, H&S teams is desired
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse complex data sets with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance and extract meaningful insights
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Technical experience with data analytics tools and software, proven strong MS office skills, particularly Excel which must include advanced functions & formulas
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Strong skills in managing stakeholders and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.
