Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Advanced level of English (C1+)
- Ability to set up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration
- Ability to quickly switch between tasks and adapt to complex guidelines
