Mindrift is seeking a skilled Freelance ServiceNow Expert to train GenAI models on specialized AI projects. This role involves reviewing intents, creating test cases, writing user agent instructions, and managing projects within ServiceNow, offering both flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to real-world applications of Generative AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Advanced English (C1+) or above.
• Proficiency in setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation.
• Experience configuring multiple departments or business units within a ServiceNow instance.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
