Mindrift is seeking a freelance ServiceNow Expert to join their AI Training program. This is a project-based role where you'll collaborate on AI projects, including reviewing intents, defining conversation flows, and creating automation scripts. The role requires a proactive individual with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field and a strong command of English.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant area.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Advanced English (C1+ or above).
• Proficiency in setting up ServiceNow ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation.
• Experience with ServiceNow's multiple-brand/departmental setup.
• Quick adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
