Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above)
• Experience setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation
• Experience managing groups, roles, and permissions within ServiceNow
• Experience configuring multiple departments within ServiceNow
• Fluency with a tech work environment
• Adaptability to learning new tasks and methodologies
