Mindrift is seeking a Freelance ServiceNow Expert to train GenAI models in a project-based role. This is a remote, part-time position for candidates in the specified country, focused on improving GenAI capabilities through collaboration on complex reasoning tasks. The role involves creating dialogue flows, test cases, and agent instructions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Advanced level of English (C1 or above).
• Experience setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation.
• Experience managing groups, roles, and permissions within ServiceNow.
• Comfortable learning new tasks and environments.
