Mindrift is seeking a freelance ServiceNow Specialist to collaborate on AI projects for major tech innovators. The role involves reviewing pre-generated intents, defining test cases, creating Golden Paths, and writing user agent instructions to ensure consistent AI behavior. This is a remote, part-time project with opportunities for learning and contributing to AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Advanced level of English (C1 or above)
- Proficiency in creating ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation
- Ability to manage and configure ServiceNow groups, roles, and permissions
- Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new tasks
