The role focuses on ensuring effective service delivery, minimizing risks, and maintaining service quality throughout the transition lifecycle. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Strong German & English language knowledge (at least B2)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in service transition, project/program management, or IT service management
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework, particularly the Service Transition and Service Operation phases
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale transitions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent)

Requirements Summary
