We're looking for a Global Content & Portal Manager to optimize the employee experience through effective content within the ServiceNow HRSD module. The ideal candidate has experience managing content for diverse global audiences and proficiency in using data and analytics to measure content effectiveness.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD modules - Knowledge Management is required. Employee Center is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage content for diverse global audiences, considering cultural differences, language requirements, and regional legal compliance.
- Expertise in developing and executing content strategies, information architecture, and content governance frameworks.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to measure content effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience managing content projects from initiation to completion.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for a variety of HR topics and audiences, as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proficient in Knowledge Management for ServiceNow HRSD.
