BeyondTrust is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their Cyber Managed Services team. This role focuses on operational support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of BeyondTrust PAM environments for clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in BeyondTrust operations and be committed to secure and reliable access to privileged systems. This position is a critical link within their Cyber Managed Services team and requires collaborative teamwork.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in BeyondTrust Password Safe, Session Management, and general PAM operational functions.
• Understanding of IAM concepts, access lifecycle management, and integration touchpoints with directory services or ticketing systems.
• Working knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
• Basic scripting capabilities (e.g., PowerShell or Python)
• Ability to analyze logs and events to troubleshoot issues and provide RCA
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions, documentation, and process adherence
• Experience working in 24x7 or follow-the-sun support models
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts or be part of on-call support
• Willingness to travel as required
• Educational background in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
