Requirements

• Multiple years of experience working with ServiceNow
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality, modules, and integration possibilities
• Experience in designing scalable and sustainable solutions within ServiceNow
• Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and agile working methods
• Ability to lead technical discussions and guide both customers and development teams
• Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
