We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Senior Business Analyst to lead the deployment, management, and enhancement of our enterprise GRC platform. The role involves platform ownership, workflow engineering, and alignment with organizational GRC strategies. This is a leadership position that focuses on automation, integration, and user experience improvement.
Requirements
- Own and manage the GRC technology platform (Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream).
- Design, develop, test, and deploy complex GRC workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Perform regular platform reviews and health checks.
- Manage change requests and upgrades.
- Mentor junior analysts.
Requirements Summary
Experience w/big 4/large clients preferred. Must own GRC platform. Strong analytical and communication skills are required
