Governance Risk and Compliance - Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Senior Business Analyst to lead the deployment, management, and enhancement of our enterprise GRC platform (Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream). This role involves platform ownership, workflow engineering, integration, and alignment with organizational GRC strategies. The ideal candidate will own and manage the platform, design workflows, integrate with external systems, and maintain stability.

Requirements

• Own and manage the GRC technology platform
• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex GRC workflows
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Perform regular platform reviews and health checks
• Lead the integration with external systems (e.g., ticketing, SIEM, HRMS)
• Manage change requests, upgrades, and patches
• Mentor junior analysts
• Generate advanced reports and dashboards
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Critical thinking, including questioning, digestion, thought process, and documentation of the same.
