GPS - ServiceNow Architect - Assistant Director

EY is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join their GPS (Government & Public Sector) team. This role involves designing, implementing, and administering the ServiceNow platform to support IT service management, IT operations, and other business processes. The role requires collaboration with various business units and expertise in the ServiceNow platform architecture.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow as an Architect
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow products
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and scripting (JavaScript/Glide)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred
