ServiceNow is seeking a dynamic and results-driven GVP to lead its APAC Partnerships and Channels organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the regional partner strategy to accelerate growth, expand routes to market, and scale customer success through a high-performing ecosystem of Global System Integrators (GSIs), regional service providers, resellers, Hyperscalers, and ISV partners.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in channel, alliances, or sales leadership roles within enterprise SaaS or cloud companies.
  • Proven success in scaling partner ecosystems across multiple countries in the APAC region.
  • Strong knowledge of key APAC markets (e.g., Singapore, Japan, Australia, India, ASEAN) and cultural fluency.
  • Executive presence and a track record of building C-level partner relationships.
  • Deep understanding of service delivery, co-sell motions, and indirect revenue models.
  • Experience with hyperscaler partnerships (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ISV ecosystems is a plus.
  • Ability to travel across the region as needed.
