Hardware & Software Asset & Configuration Manager

GovCIO is seeking a Hardware & Software Asset & Configuration Manager to identify, maintain, and verify hardware and software configuration items. This is a fully remote position located in Arlington, Virginia, involving physical inventory management, software licensing, and communication with vendors. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience (or commensurate experience) including 3+ years supporting Asset & Configuration Management
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and/or Hardware Asset Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
