Head of IT Solution Delivery

This role involves the entire lifecycle management of IT solutions, from design to retirement, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and enterprise architecture. The Head of IT Solution Delivery will establish governance frameworks, oversee risk and issue resolution, and translate business strategies into executable delivery roadmaps. Strong collaboration with stakeholders is essential to deliver successful IT solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years in IT delivery, enterprise project management, or technology operations.
• At least 5 years in a senior management or head-level role overseeing multi-vendor and multi-domain delivery environments.
• Deep understanding and practical application of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and API integration.
• Capability in IT budgeting, cost control, investment planning, and financial reporting.
