ServiceNow is seeking a Head of Retail & Hospitality Go to Market (GTM) AMS to lead strategy, operations, and sales efforts for the Americas retail and hospitality market. This role focuses on identifying and adapting ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of C-suite stakeholders and partnering with industry leaders to drive growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic, vision-driven approach and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 12-18 years of sales & sales management experience in the Retail and Hospitality
• Strong knowledge of key processes within the sector, guest experience, store operations, customer service, supply chain, and HR.
• Proven pipeline management skills, consultative sales cycle approach.
• Ability to leverage network for sales and strategic partnerships.
• Strong communication skills (written, presentation, verbal) for international audience.
