Job description
ServiceNow is seeking a Head of Retail & Hospitality Go to Market (GTM) AMS to develop and nurture strategic retail and hospitality opportunities for both existing and potential clients. This role focuses on understanding industry trends and building strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Americas market, particularly QSR, restaurants, and hotels. The ideal candidate will leverage industry expertise and a strategic perspective to drive revenue growth and align ServiceNow solutions with Americas specific needs.
Requirements
- 12-18 years of sales & sales management experience in the Retail and Hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of key processes within the sector (hotels, restaurants, QSR).
- Knowledge of processes in the broader retail space.
- Proven pipeline management skills.
- Strong history of meeting targets.
- Exceptional communication skills.
