Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Associate’s degree (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of IT help desk or call center experience
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and VPN tools
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools)
  • US Citizenship
