Requirements

  • Experience with Ticketing Platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, SAP)
  • Deep understanding of Operating Systems (Windows and iOS)
  • Preparation of machines and inventory
  • Active Directory management
  • Working Method: full onsite, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm
