As a member of the HR Service Center, this role is responsible for Labor Relations, Policy Management and Training, supporting people leaders in the business to drive business success through people development.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of principles, theories and concepts in Labor Relations
- 3+ years of work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of Labor Relations experience preferred
- Experience handling cases with the Labor Conciliation Center (Centro Laboral de Conciliation) preferred
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow preferred
