The HR Business Partner - Labor Relations role is responsible for managing labor relations, policy management, and training within the HR Service Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in labor relations and strong analytical skills.
Requirements
- Typically 3+ years of work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of Labor Relations experience preferred
- Experience handling cases with the Labor Conciliation Center (Centro Laboral de Conciliation) preferred
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow preferred
