Körber AG is seeking an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to advise and support managers and management in personnel and strategic matters. This role involves lifecycle management, target agreement review, personnel cost planning, organizational management, and supporting company culture development. It also involves working with the Group Function Technology & Innovation as well as other Corporate Entities.
Requirements
- Completed studies or comparable training in HR with a strong focus on HR
- Numerous years of experience as HR Business Partner, ideally with responsibility for international or group functions
- Sound experience in compensation & benefits, particularly in the creation of compensation benchmarks, the calculation of compensation packages and in compensation systems
- Experience in accompanying and shaping culture and leadership themes
- Good knowledge of labor law and well-grounded practical experience in working with employee representation bodies
- Confident usage of MS 365, preferably also SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
- Analytical thinking, empathy and strong communication skills
- Fluent German and very good English skills
