Miltenyi Biotec is seeking a Digitalization Specialist to shape and enhance their HR processes and serve as a central communication hub for stakeholders. The role involves translating HR requirements into concrete specifications, implementing workflows using ServiceNow, optimizing HR processes through process improvement initiatives, managing projects and budgets, and ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations. The position offers both freedom and potential for expansion to the European market.
Requirements
- Successful implementation of HR digitization projects, ideally with ServiceNow or comparable platforms
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Safe handling of HR systems, data, and Office tools
- Ideally experience in process design and modeling (e.g. BPMN), Change Management and training
- Confident German language skills
- English language skills for project-related communication
