Requirements
- Completed degree of (economic-)IT or a comparable qualification
- 3-4 years of experience in operating and supporting PDM/PLM systems
- Understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools such as Ivanti or ServiceNow
- Experience with cross-system dependencies and interface management
- Monitoring and reporting tools proficiency
- Excellent English and German language skills
