Requirements
- Successful implementation of HR digitalization projects, ideally with ServiceNow or comparable platforms
- Demonstrable communication and moderation skills
- Secure handling of HR systems, data and Office tools
- Ideally experience in process design and modeling
- Negotiable German knowledge
- English proficiency for project-related communication
