This HR Representative, Call Center position provides support to customers in various HR-related areas, including answering questions, advising on policies, processing transactions, and resolving issues. Requirements

  • Respond to employee inquiries through ServiceNow and/or SuccessFactors.
  • Administer global HR transactions in SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors.
  • Assist with benefit open enrollment and employee changes.
  • Seek process improvement opportunities and make suggestions to the Support Center Manager.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in HR or related. 1+ year HR/Call Center experience. Fluency in English and Spanish/French (plus). Strong communication & problem-solving skills
