The Sr HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for resolving complex Tier 2 HR transactions across Workday, Kronos, and other HR systems. The role requires a deep understanding of HR Systems functionality, strong problem-solving skills, and efficient resolution. The analyst will also manage the ticket system and maintain data integrity to support HR processes.

Requirements

  • Investigate and resolve complex Tier 2 HR systems requests.
  • Support and troubleshoot HR transactions within Workday, Kronos, and other HR systems.
  • Perform regular data audits.
  • Manage and complete a daily queue of work through a ticketing system (ServiceNow) or other task management tools.
  • Collect, track, and maintain supporting documentation and data.
  • Adhere to and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, SLAs, and customer service standards.
  • Identify and support opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Generate monthly reports and deliver them as expected.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of HRIS experience with Workday and/or Kronos. Strong problem-solving and data accuracy skills
