This contract role focuses on providing specialized technical support during the post-migration hypercare period of a major M365 tenant-to-tenant migration project. The role involves troubleshooting user issues, performing break-fix activities, and collaborating with the M365 hypercare lead to ensure a smooth user experience. The ideal candidate has strong M365 support experience and expertise in complex migration issues.

Requirements

  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for issues related to M365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform).
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and break-fix activities for migration-related issues.
  • Manage and resolve tickets within an ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Collaborate with the M365 Hypercare Lead.

Requirements Summary
