Hyperscaler Operations Strategy and Planning Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Operations Strategy and Planning Manager to support the Hyperscaler Sales Organization. This role involves driving operational readiness, overseeing hyperscaler sales operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launch and rep compensation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales GTM process and excellent analytical/communication skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in a software Sales GTM organization
• Deep understanding of sales GTM motions and ecosystems
• Proven experience in sales planning function
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention detail
• Expert Microsoft suite skills
