Identity & Access Management Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Identity & Access Management Analyst to support daily identity lifecycle operations and contribute to the design and implementation of identity governance and administration (IGA) processes. The role is ideal for a remote individual who enjoys solving access-related challenges and improving security. The position involves user access management, account provisioning/termination, compliance, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Manage user access requests and incidents using ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system.
• Provision, modify, and terminate user accounts, applying least privilege and RBAC.
• Support large-scale account setups, including training and project rollouts.
• Analyze access requests to ensure alignment with security requirements.
• Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure adherence to access protocols.
• Propose and implement process improvements.
• Update departmental SOPs and create documentation.
• Serve as an on-call resource for incident response and operational support.
