Identity and Access Management - Operations Analyst

As a Identity and Access Management - Operations Analyst at Elanco, you will assist in delivering Identity, Security and Access Management Services globally, ensuring timely and reliable day-to-day operational activities. The role involves working with IT Service Management, Continuous Improvement, ServiceNow, and Infrastructure Operations, with a focus on improving existing practices and exploring new ways to operate.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in technology operations delivery, managing and advancing complex, global environments
• Strong understanding of Security Operations and Detect / Respond capabilities
• Broad experience across Identity, Access Management, Group Management, MFA and SSO and encryption services
• Good knowledge of SOx and GxP audit and compliance requirements
• Experience with Entra (AAD), Azure Cloud and Cloud Entitlement Mgmt., AD and all associated JML processes
• Experience working with outsourced partners to deliver IT services
• Demonstrated influence and communication skills across all levels of IT and third parties
• Strong organizational and communications skills with multiple examples of being able to convey complex ideas in a manner that resulted in a definitive direction and result
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to create an environment that is transparent, collaborative and respectful
