Information Security Team Lead

The Information Security Team Lead reports to the Information Security Admin Manager and is responsible for oversight of Access Provisioning and Inquiry teams in the Krakow office. Key responsibilities include people management, process improvement, and ensuring timely updates of documentation and Knowledgebase.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent job experience
• Experience with ServiceNow, SailPoint, or relevant Access provisioning/Identity Access management experience or/and Client Support work experience.
• ITIL certificate is a plus
• Cyber security related certification is a plus.
• Strong people management and talent development experience
• Strong planning and process improvement background
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Highly motivated with ability to self-manage and work independently
• Creative and effective problem solving skills.
