Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related discipline
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in End User Computing
- Solid knowledge of Windows 11, MS Office, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Adobe Applications
- Experience with Microsoft Intune architecture design and policies
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB and Software Asset management
- Experience in printing management systems like PaperCut
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a technology-driven and analytical mindset
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certification (preferred)
