The Process Automation Services Engineering Lead Analyst position is responsible for Infrastructure Architecture and Business enablement for platforms hosting Process Automation initiatives. The analyst will enable the required architecture for Infrastructure and guidelines for business enablement on Windows Servers hosting Robotics Processing Automation (RPA)/Open Source/Xceptor, Linux Servers hosting applications such as Appian, Boardwalk and other products that are certified for use under the Process Automation Services space.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (in computer science) or Master degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience is enabling on-prem Windows/Linux platform with experience in containerized open-shift or cloud infrastructure setup and maintenance with an Engineering & Architecture background
- Experience in troubleshooting/maintenance of applications on Windows/Linux servers or containerized open-shift or cloud infrastructure with interest in growing in Infrastructure architecture and middleware responsibilities
- Experience in enabling and maintaining products on Windows/Linux infrastructure with exposure to containerized open-shift or cloud infrastructure
- Experience with automation or low-code technologies (Automation Anywhere, Appian, Boardwalk, or other automation technologies)
- Expert hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, Linux Scripting, Ansible, etc.
- Experience is setting up Application Monitoring implementation (AppDynamics, Splunk, etc.)
- Must have Linux app server (Apache, Tomcat, etc.) and Linux shell script/troubleshooting experience
- Experience with the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipeline tools
- Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow and JIRA
- Schedulers (Autosys, etc.)
- IT Support based qualifications / training
- Patch Management
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Must have worked on identifying and driving process/service improvement, automation opportunities and customer improvements
- Must have experience working in Scrum methodology
