Lumen is seeking a highly skilled Technical Executive Support Specialist to provide IT support to senior leadership within their corporate network. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to proactively resolve issues. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor and manage complex IT environments for high-stakes meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven expertise in Windows and Mac systems, network administration, enterprise applications, and AV technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
