This role offers on-site technical support to end-users, ensuring continuity of operations and meeting user needs. The position requires troubleshooting, system installation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, along with utilization of ticketing systems and Microsoft Office 365.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Computing, Systems, or related field (Students/Graduates).
  • 3 years of experience providing on-site technical support.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Manejo de Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems.
  • With preference for self-transportation.
  • Main activities and responsibilities: On-site Technical Support, Troubleshooting of IT equipment, Installation of Windows/Linux, Network & Infrastructure configuration, Setup of Microsoft Office 365, Computer device and software updates.
  • Using Ticketing tools, ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.
