Installation Lead role in Hamburg, DE. Responsibilities include supervising on-site quality assurance, coordinating with Supply Management, and managing non-conformities. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or 5-7 years of experience in wind energy sector.

Requirements

  • Supervise and support on-site quality assurance, addressing technical non-conformities and ensuring compliance with change management protocols
  • Coordinate with Supply Management for the Quality Gate 1 and incoming goods inspections
  • Assist in the pre-inspection of anchor cages and foundations in collaboration with Supply Management, Quality Management, and Civil PE
  • Review and compile pre-assembly documentation, statutory inspections, and reports prior to release
  • Organize and oversee the Gate 23 process to ensure readiness for installation
  • Manage non-conformities and incidents using UPVISE, ServiceNow, or similar software tools
  • Track and coordinate missing parts in collaboration with Quality Management
  • Ensure resolution of quality deviations (De-Snagging) to maintain operational integrity of the facilities
