Trivium Packaging is a global sustainability leader in metal packaging with more than 60 locations worldwide. The Regional IT Support Engineer will provide first and second level support and continuous improvement of IT services for all Trivium locations in their respective region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Security, and Solution Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in an office environment, preferably at an international company
- Experience working in an IT ticketing system such as ServiceNow
- Fluency in English
- Valid driver's license
